Bulbourne

We are now down in Bulbourne, it is nice to me in the comparative dry after the wet and mud of Cow Roast. Frances has nipped down to Watford to see some old friends and so I am left to do the blog. I was supposed to have arranged to see people all this week but being a bloke I only managed to arrange to see one old colleague from my last company.

We had Ralphy on the boat last night and today we were both feeling the effects of that dynamite bundle of energy that is our grandson.

While he was here we took him for a walk down the Marsworth Flight and he ended up helping BW through one of the locks.

Next week we begin our trip up North to the Ribble link, we have confirmation of a passage for the 2nd of May and we will be moving a bit quicker now and hopefully blogging more frequently.

Tring Cutting

Yesterday we did 2.82 Miles

Statistics so far:-

2164.10 Miles, 1250 Locks, 120 Swing Bridges, 82 Lift Bridges, 36 Tunnels
