A long eleven miles today this was due to the amount of traffic travelling up and down the Oxford. We had to queue at each of the locks so although we set off at 9:30 we did not get to this mooring until 18:00. Let me see that is 1.33 miles an hour actually that is not as bad as I thought.
The casserole in the Dream Pot turned out very nice, we had it with macaroni and parmesan cheese.
We are moored up next to a field full of cattle and the view from the hatch is very tranquil.
